That is, except for the kegs and freezer, but I will need everything else. Regulators, disconnects, hoses, temp controller, etc.
 
Note that the link I posted is for corny kegs and the link you posted is for commercial kegs.
 
Sweet man look around on keg connection; they have several kits.
