Tasting Notes
The Mosaic hops along with Amarillo and Citra highlight great stonefruit flavors.
15 lbs 2 row
3 lbs flaked rye
1 lb crystal 20L
12 oz light munich
12 oz victory
1 lb cane sugar

Mash at 156 for 1 hour.

1 oz Amarillo @ 60
1 oz Mosaic @ 30
1 oz Amarillo @ 20
1 oz Mosaic @ 20
1 oz Citra @ 10
1 oz Mosaic @ 10
1 oz each of Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo at flame out.

This is by far my favorite beer. I would drink it over just about any other as it has a very clean finish, no harsh bitterness, just a great floral aroma IPA that showcases these fruity hops. If you like more initial bitterness you can up the 60 minute additions. And some days I just toss all the late additions at 10 minutes!

Let me know what you think!

This looks good to me. I would move the 20 and 30 additions to later if I do it. I just need to find some fresh mosaic.

A few members of my brew club made it and it's their favorite as well. In it's first few weeks it's amazing. Then it's still a top notch IPA. With my efficiency it comes in about 8.5%

This recipe sounds delicious and is calling my name! I will be brewing it this week and will reports back.
