Hey all.

I have done some research on the matter and found the list of ingrediants that Goose Island uses in their tasty BCS and wanted to make a clone attempt.

I read some other attempts but it is often hard to find thelr final results of how it came out.

Please check out what I came up with below and let me know your thoughts. Provide any advise you can. I've been brewing a year and this is my first giant beer over 10%.

I bought some bourbon soaked vanilla beans to toss in for added delciousness... I am also considering breaking it into 2-3 diff types... vanilla, coffee, and even cherry or something else.
