It's my first time doing a lager, and I'm actually doing two at the same time. An Oktoberfest and a Maibock. I had read to do a diacetyl rest before lagering so I brought up the temps to what I thought was "room temp" at 75. It's been that way for a week now. Now I'm reading that I may have gone too high? What ill effects will this have? Is there going to be a ton of esters and off flavors on these beers?

You only need 72 hours usually at most...I wouldn't store it that warm but it shouldn't be detrimental. The downside is increased off flavors due to yeast autolysis...I'm sure you will be ok. Maybe a bit of mercaptan...It should be good
