I just put together an extract APA recipe with a smack pack of Wyeast 1056 I should use up this weekend. I kind of wanted to do a stout next but I don't have time for anything other than another extract so I'd like to put it on the APA's yeast cake a week later. My MLT is too big for a partial mash so I can only do steeping grains for this one.
Anyone have any good suggestions for me? I have to put my order in by tomorrow or I would do my own leg work instead of asking. I spent a couple of hours tonight looking and wound up wasting too much time on the APA recipe to finish up. There's just not enough hours in the day anymore.
