I LOVE beer...But I wish someone would have told me this HomeBrewing takes over. Now I look at everything and like how could i put that in a beer, would this be good in wine. My wife i about to start a fire in my beer closet. Is anyone else loving this homebrewing as much as me?

Careful what you put in your beer. Experimentation is good but give everything you put ii your beer a good third and fourth thoughts before actually brewing with it. Most great beers have an astoundingly simple recipe.

Yeah, homebrewing really pulls you in and doesn't let go. But I don't think so much about ingredients as I think, "Hmm, that would make an excellent mash tun," everywhere I friggin go. I'm pretty sure my girlfriend is sick of it.

Having background knowledge from homebrewing is nice too. Practically half of my plant biology exam was about the biochemical pathways of fermentation. Glycolysis FTW!
