well the airlock has been going at about once every 30 seconds, occasionally speeding up to once every 10 seconds, but the hydrometer reading hasn't changed after 3 weeks. what gives? i added lalvin ec-1118 to a stuck ferment at 1.050 (OG 1.107) and the hydrometer still reads the same, even with all the airlock activity. aaaahhhh!!!!!!
