I may just be retarded, but I can't find a strike water and sparge water volume needed calculator on Beer Alchemy. It has a strike tempurature but no volume. Also no sparge temperature calculator. This is aggrevating, am I missing something?
 
Grist weight times desired liquor to grist ratio equals strike volume. Example:
13lbs x (1.5 qts/lb) = 19.5 qts.
The Instructions calculate this for you under "Preparation."

Why would you need to calculate sparge temp? Pick one.
 
Once you have started a new batch and updated all the information relative to your brewery setup and that brew, click the "instructions" button on the bottom of the batch screen. A new window will open with a step-by-step process including strike and sparge amounts. Good luck.
