I purchased 3 gallons of juice. The BRIX is 13, it says add 3 lb's of sugar. What kind of sugar is this? Table Sugar? Corn Sugar?
Just a simple question.....

They mean normal table sugar, best to use cane sugar, have read that beet sugars can cause a off taste in wine.
