Since I brewed my first home brew, an American Pale Ale. Going with a little hoppier IPA this time around. Life got a hold of me there for a little bit, but it feels good to be brewing again. I'll finish adding in the hops soon, and should be an enjoying a nice tasty home brew just in time for the holidays (well not Thanksgiving, but I'll make the rest!).
 
Yeah, it feels great! Definitely more laid back than the first time I brewed as well, it just gets easier from here on out.
 
This was just my 2nd batch. I do 5 gallon batches using a 6 gallon glass carboy. The first batch turned out really good, I got quite a few complements on it. Unfortunately, I just didn't have the time or energy to brew again until tonight. I figure I'll brew another batch right around Christmas time....
