Where is the adjust for mash qts./ lb of grain?

It's in the mash profile section, you can click the add button and build your own mash to your specs if you dont want to use beersmiths

When you setup your mash-in selection, say "single infusion, full body". Once it registers in the mash profile window, double click on that line, it will open another window, where you can adjust the ratio.
