I've washed my last batch of yeast and got typical results (a pint Masons jar is about 1/8 full of yeast on the bottom with the amber wort on top and no trub).
I've got 5 of these jars taking up too much real estate in our fridge, plus I'd like to wash the yeast from the next batch and use some of those jars.
SO! Can I carefully combine the yeast from all those jars into one jar if I pour off the majority of the wort and scoop the yeast into one jar being ultra cautious sanitation-wise?
