Did my first 10 gal batch today!
I have been doing 5 gal AG for the past couple of years, but this is my first double batch.

I hit 78.5% with a batch sparge!:ban:
My OG was just a tad higher than planned, but still very close.
1.052 vs 1.050

I split the batch into 2 better bottles.
One got Nottingham yeast, and the other got Safale S-05

Should be interesting to compare the two.:tank:

From start to finish 4.5 hours! I just cut my brewing time in half!
(If measured by hours per gallon):D

Yes!

This is my "house ale"

This ale has more malt than hop flavor, a great head, and a deep reddish color.
Very smooth and about 5% abv.:drunk:

It's a quickie too!
I've gone from grain to glass in 10 days to 2 weeks with this one.:rockin:
