This is probably a dumb question but I am going to brew a variation of Apfelwein and I picked up a few bottles of Cranberry/Raspberry juice and it says 100% juice. But in the ingredients citric acid is listed, will this still work? I've only made a few batches of wine so I wanted to make sure this juice will be fine.
