Building a new 3-tier brewstand - burner questions

I'm designing a 3-tier brewstand and am planning to use the Bayou Classic 10" High Pressure Cast Iron Banjo Burners (unless someone says not to) for all three locations.

Does anyone have...

  1. Suggestions on the distance between the top of the burner and the bottom of the brew pots. Should I make the distance "adjustable"?
  2. Recommendations on "wind shields"... How close to the burner (i.e. diameter)? How close to the bottom of the brew pot? How tall? I want to make sure that the burner isn't starved of air/oxygen
  3. Google Sketchup 3D models of the burners
