So I want to brew tomorrow, But I also want to dry hop my Honey Amarillo IPA. Here is my problem. My IPA is sitting in secondary in my temp controlled fermentation fridge and I have no room for the new brew in the fermenter w/ the IPA. My ? is this I can move my IPA into the house that we keep @ around 74 or so whats going to happon to my IPA going from 66-68 to 74-76? Its been in the 2ndary for 2+ weeks as is and was in primary for 3 weeks so the beer as is, is 5 weeks or better.
I know I can do the wet t-shirt thing and all but I dont have that kind of time to fuss with it. whatcha all think dry hop and not brew for another week or so?
Cheers
JJ

My thought is that since most of the problems with warm temps are during the early stages of fermentation are fine. If you have a dark closet throw it in there and dry hop.

I did this with my last APA and it came out very nice!

I think it will be OK. I'm doing the same thing right now with my IPA. It fermented at 66 for 11 days and now it's sitting around 72. I was listening to a Sunday Session archived podcast the other night and the brewer (I forget from which brewery) raised his temps to the lower 70's for dry hopping.
