I've got an amber coming off of some east coast ale yeast. Can I put a stout on it? Will it leave a funky taste? Thanks for any help.:rockin:

I helped a buddy do a Holiday Ale last week and we used East Coast Ale. I've never tried it before, so I'll be interested to see how it turns out.

I have used East coast in an American Wheat, although it seems to be a fine yeast it is to fruity for my taste. I had it at 67F for 3 weeks. I would not use it again if I was looking for something clean.
