Hello from Queens, New York

Hello! I've been reading these forums pretty obsessively over the last couple of weeks and I finally have my first extract recipe in the primary! It's the Juniper Rye Ale kit from AHS.

I really can't believe there's no LHBS within public transportation distance of nyc... Someone, please open a LHBS in new york....

Anyway I'm super excited to see how this thing turns out.

The closest one I could find was Arbor out in Islip, but at least they are well stocked. I just bought the full kit from them, both equipment and ingredients. I drove out from Brooklyn.

The LIRR stop isn't too far from them, maybe you could do that?
