First time using this kit. Instructions called for no boil but I did anyway. The question is I added a little less than a teaspoon of Irish moss after the boil. Forgot to take am og reading because I used ice instead of water to chill the wort...so I pitched the yeast at like 74. On the upside it's fermenting.
