Rekegging under pressure bottles?

have some poorly carbed bottles. Imperial stout.

Thinking of opening all the bottles and pouring into a keg for carbing.

They have been aging for about a year, so I don't think the yeast would be active enough to do anything with any added sugar to the bottles.

Anyone had luck transfering bottles to kegs?
 
I've read accounts of folks in these forums who have done that with no problems. Just be gentle and don't let it sit too long; oxidation will take a while to kick in, so since they've aged a fair bit already, just try to work through it before it gets a chance to take hold.
