1.0 lb Belgian Caravienne - steep at ~150F° for 30 minutes
6.0 lbs Wheat LME
1.0 oz Citra (12.3% AA) at 60 min
1.0 oz Citra at 10 min
Wyeast 1010 American Wheat
Primary 1 week
3.0 oz Citra in secondary for 2 weeks

I have made one brew thus far - an IPA extract kit that I altered and added to hopping schedule. I wanted to take a stab at one not from a kit and have come up with the recipe above. I started with the idea of cloning GBH but decided to go a slightly different route by subbing Citra for Amarillo. I realize this will probably have more of an actual wheat character than GBH as well. Should I steep the Caravienne longer, change the hop schedule or does this sound good as-is?

Appreciate feedback.
Thanks!
