Wet/Dry Vac Sour... anyone else doing these?

I can do up to 16 gallons in my Wet/Dry Vac fermentor. Ported, with huge volume 6HP pump. Woot!

(anyone want to guess the story behind this pic? That is a oud bruin BTW, with Roeselare)

My 5 gallon bucket next to the kegerator outside has the same look. It's where I purge lines, and overfilled glasses, and whatnot. Doesn't smell bad actually...... never had the guts to try it despite it being cold enough to drink.
