It seems that this year we're going to have a bumper harvest of strawberries in our little patch so it looks like I'll be brewing up a strawberry wheat in the next week. My question is what kind of alcohol content can I expect from adding 5 pounds to the secondary? I like to be specific with my labeling and I wouldn't want anyone thinking that the 7% brew they're consuming is 4.5%. I do realize that sugar content in fruit will likely vary but at this point I no idea what to expect.
