Ive been having problems with my blichmann false bottom, it seems that grain is getting through and clogging my lines going from my lauder to my pump then to the boil kettle. Has anyone else had these problems if so how can I correct this because the grain getting through clogs the pump from pumping grain and the wort cannt get though

Sounds like your grind is to fine. I have a friend with a blichmann set up and his mill gap is .036. I use the same gap but with a copper manifold. Both work great in our situations.

Is it warped? I've seen some come warped from blichmann and they don't rest flat on the stepped bottom.
