Just getting into cheesemaking, and despite searching the forums and Google I have not been able to determine if T.G. Lee Milk works for cheesemaking with added CaCl. Has anyone used this milk successfully?

Planning to make a Mad Millie "Bra", by the way. Whatever that is.

I'm trying to find a good milk as well and was thinking of TG Lee, have you tried it yet?

Not that it directly answers your question, but I've been using Costco milk with good results. The only real way to find out is to buy some and give it a wing I guess.

I'm about to try with Borden brand, I found another thread on here that says it's good. If this doesn't work I think I'm gonna give up, I've already spent like $60 to try and get a pound of mozzarella
