Have a better bottle that I used as primary. Has a stubborn ring around the level where the beer sat while it fermented.

Have had it soaking with bleach water, but still can't loosen up everything.

Any other suggestions or cleaners that will break up the remainder of the residue so I can have it fully clean?

First, rinse that badboy about 5 or 6 times to get rid of the bleach. Once it's fully rinsed, fill it ti about 2 inches from the top with water and dump 1 scoop of oxyclean in (leave it in your sink unless you enjoy white spooge all over your counter or floor) Then leave it for about 2 hours. Then dump about 1/4 of the liquid and insert a wash cloth and cap the bottle and swirl it around. It's easier to do if you put a tennis ball in the punt of the bottle so you can just swirl it around in a circle.
