So to all beginners use Patients and if you don't have it..... BREW MORE!!!!
I get antsy when ever my carboys are empty and even when they are full i get antsy and want to buy more carboys or buckets 3 carboys isn't enough...

started brewing on 1/19/10 and on 4/25/10 i have 3 lip-smacking beers(Edit:soon 5) and i can only keep on going forward to make my dream of my personal perfect beer for my taste buds to dive in reality.

FOR GLORY!!!!! or for fun both good

Damn dude, you're certainly quick out of the gates! I started back up late February and have only just brewed my 3rd batch on 5/1 - kudos to you for productivity!

Lineup of beers looks nice and balanced too. :)
 
Good job. I started in 01/2010 as well and I have 8 brews bottled & 5 brews fermenting. I do not have any labes yet except I used the circle sticker avery labes on caps. I have almost drank my entire first batch as I enjoyed it so much. My 7th batch has proven to be my best ever..........I have done 6 extract, 4 AGs, & 3 cider styles.

I thinking of brewing this weekend with brew club a new irish stout. I also found that brewing helps with the waiting process.
 
thanks for the replies guys i just bottled my nut brown Ale and it tasted pretty damn good but a little bit much on the coffee note than i was hoping for so hopefully it will mellow out

THIS Cauldron IS GREAT!!! 15Gals Got while in San jose Flea market 65$ full Stainless steel i guess it is used for making Carnitas but it works wonders with beer i had burner 100% throughout the beginning of the boil and no boil over with 7.5 Gallons of wort

As a new brewer i am still fascinate with fermentation so i chose the easiest way to feel like im brewing even in my sleep and really easy MY FIRST MEAD its like getting a gold fish except better yeast are fun!
