I have some weird behavior in my first cider.

I have 14 liters of apple juice (from concentrate), safale s04 yeast and no added sugar. OG 1.046. It's been in the primary for three weeks now. It started nicely and there was active fermentation for about a week, then it slowed down, but there's still airlock activity. It started to clear after one week and after two it was quite clear. Now after three weeks it's gone cloudy again.

It's been on my kitchen table, so there hasn't been dramatic changes in temperature and it hasn't been moved/shaken or anything.

My plan was to continue as it had never been clear: wait until fermentation stops, rack to secondary, let it clear and age for couple of months and then bottle with priming sugar.

Just wondering what's going on with my cider? Is this normal? Did I do something wrong?

OK. Mysterious are the ways of the yeast. :) I'll go on like planned. Thanks!
