well i am back in the states and brewed my first beer in a year and man i missed the smell of grains in the mash. made a smiple pale ale with 10# 2row 1# crystal 20 and some perele. smells goods in the fermenter never used perele and they smell pretty awesome bout to throw some in the fermenter in a day or two. beer looks a nice medium gold color in fermenter cant wait till its done.
 
I love experimenting with pale ales myself. This one should be a nice golden with a touch of amber. I used US Perle & Czech Saaz in mine. Welcome home & hope your pale ale comes out great for a summer celebration...any kind you can think of to enjoy it!:tank:
