I have two beers going one with a 1.062(Safale us-04) and one with a 1.055(Safale us-05) OG. Its been just under a month now and im still getting bubbles out of their secondary airlocs. About how long can i expect these beers to take to ferment??

Best thing to do is take a hydrometer reading and see if your final gravity has been achieved. It is normal for CO2 to be released from the airlock after one month. However, airlock activity is not a good indicator of the fermentation. The only sure way to be sure that your fermentation is done is to check the gravity.

I have used both of those. I think they are done. What temp? Especially the first week.

David :)
