How do I add the characteristics of Sinamar to Beersmith2? I can and have added it in the miscillanious section. I want to add it in as it is advertised to add 16 srm for ever 4oz in a 5 gallon batch. Any suggestions?

Just go into the "grains" part of ingredients, and bring that up. Click on "home" and then click "add" on the little grain picture on the toolbar, and add the simamar. You can put in the SRM, the PPG, the max % in the batch, etc, from info from the maltster. or you can copy the info from dehusked carafa III and just correct the sinamar info.

For any other readers of the post, I just found the "add-ons" section of the program. If you install the Wyermann add-on it is the Sinamar is already in there and ready for your use.
