Okay so my continuous brew is going. I've enunciated the flavored tea and now it's black tea and what a difference! Taste much better, more carbonation, and just yummy!!!! I'm curious if I should leave my SCOBY this big or if I should cut some off? I'm working on a glass pitcher as well. It's in food grade plastic which I don't like. I have a two gallon glass but it has metal spigot on outside plastic inside?
