Red wheat malt, RECIPES?

It's not really all that different than any other wheat malt. It does impart a slightly more intense flavor than 'normal' wheat malt.

I'd just brew a simple ol' Hefeweizen with it. Maybe a half-batch of each, one with red wheat, the other with regular wheat malt. That'll give you something to compare the red-wheat hefe against.

nq3x is right, its pretty similar to white wheat- the difference has to do with the plant before processing and has little visible difference

it looks like you like dark, 'nutty' ales- try a dunkelweizen or a weizenbock, i love them
