6th all grain brew went perfect today. Hit both before and after boil gravities right on the number from Brewsmith. Mash temp target was 152 and I hit 153 and it ended at 150, 75 minutes later. Iodine test confirmed conversion. No spills or boil overs. And here it is 4 hours and 10 minutes later I am sitting here relaxing with everything cleaned up and my fermenter waiting for the yeast to do its magic.
I can only thank everyone on this forum to help me go from basic extract brewer to where I am now!

Looks good, somewhat like Hop Rod Rye, although Bear Republic uses a touch of Black Patent and less Crystal.
