I am sure it has been posted, but my search came up with nothing, probably operator error.

My spigots are sticking on my home-made kegerator. I saw some kits on EBay but I figured i should get the straight scoop first.

Ok, so the spigots need cleaned, damn they are hard to get off!. What about beer lines and keg connectors?

Any help would be appreciated.

I've always flushed mine with hot water from a keg, but I saw an idea in BYO I'll try next time. The author uses his carbonator and a 2 liter bottle full of Beer Line Cleaner after the initial hot water flush. He lets the cleaner sit for 5 minutes, then flushes with more hot water.

Sounded like a good idea, as it cleans the connectors, the lines and the taps.

Also, get a nipple brush (think baby bottle, not Beer Babe). They are exactly the right size for cleaning taps.
