- Grainy at the start with a nice citrus/tropical fruit flavor.
Based on 75% Efficiency
Grain
84.2% 8.00 lbs. Pale Ale Malt (Rahr)
10.5% 1.00 lbs. Flaked Soft White Wheat
5.3% 0.50 lbs. Honey Malt
Hops
0.50 oz. Amarillo Gold FWH
2.00 oz. Citra Dry Hop
Mash
Single infusion for 60 minutes at 150F.
I keg this one, after one week at 65F the beer has always been at it's terminal gravity. I put it in the keg and chill it down and let it carb up for two weeks. By the time I do this I get pretty good clarity.
I dry hop in the keg, if you were to bottle it I would probably do it for a week and see where that gets you.
