it might be sacrilegious or not smart to do but I didn't feel like sanitizing so many bottles. I transfered it to a sanitized secondary and poured from there into this glass you see me drinking out of. It's fermented for a month and tastes a bit to me like champagne. As the guide says I'm reserving judgment until after the third glass.
