I brewed a brewcraft Mexican cereveza 8 weeks ago, it's had 6 weeks now in the bottle and it still tastes very green, so much so that if I told someone that it was apple cider they would probably not question it.
The carbonation is great it's just the green apple taste, do you think this will get better or should I just accept that this one was not one of my best brews ever?
