If that is Weyermann's Bohemian Pils malt produced from Hanka barley it is very good. I brewed a Czech-style pils with that malt and it was excellent. It is less modified than their standard German pils malt so I did two short intermediate rests @ 45C/113F and 56C/133F before the main rest @ 66C/151F. The wort was extraordinarily sweet and light in color. You may not want to use this for everyday brews but it's a great malt for a Bohemian pils. :mug:
