I have everything together to brew up a kolsch this weekend. My question involves steeping the grains. Normally the recipes that I do don't really have a lot of grains in them and I just use a hop bag to steep them. The recipe I have this time has more grain than will fit in one bag. If I were to just pour them in the water in my brewpot, what is the best way to strain them out?
