The Leffe website lists one of the ingredients in Leffe Blonde as "corn."
What do they mean? Flaked maize? Corn sugar? ???????

They may mean corn sugar (dextrose). However, to clone Leffe, all you really need is table sugar. It should make up about 15% of the grain bill. Use that and some Belgian pilsner malt and you'll do fine. Just be sure to make an appropriate starter and pitch your yeast in the low 60s. I like pitching at 64 and finishing at 68-70.
