Yes, I would change something. I put the spices in for the boil which worked great, but I wish I had put them in a hop bag. They were a ***** to strain out... but if you have a hopstopper you will be fine. Also, I'd add more 2 row and try to get 6.5 gallons post-boil. The pumpkin settled in the primary and I lost almost 1.5 gals of beer. Was really sad, this is my favorite beer to-date.
 
Did you actually put 4lbs of "one pie" or something into the mash and mash for 60 min or did you put pumpkin in the boil? Was the pumpkin flavor strong or subtle?

It has been almost 2 years...have you tried it again?

Why safale and coopers yeasts together? Do you think the blend is important?
