I have a bucket of LME which was formulated for a Kolsch. It's 5 lbs Pilsen, 1 lb wheat extract.

I have 2 oz Kent Golding hops, 1 oz Styrian Golding and 1 oz Hersbrucker, all pellets.

I had a kitchen fire and this is what survived, I'll have to pick up some yeast for it. I'm thinking I'll use a plain / clean yeast, and would like something nice and light and summery that doesn't require any cold conditioning or lagering. I figure an ounce of something at the start of the boil, and another ounce w/ 15 minutes left. Any suggestions? I'm not familiar enough with these hops to know which would complement that particular blend of extract.

Thanks!

Here's what I came up with, it looks like a pretty basic blonde ale.
