Keep me posted on that technique. Love a good PB!You would remember!!! [emoji3] I cracked a bottle open last night and it was a gusher. It was also thick and cloying. Undrinkable in my opinion and a friends.
I think next time I’ll use the PB in the boil and maybe some in the fermenter. At bottling time I don’t think it did anything good for the beer.
Thank you for your help and input. I won’t give up on it.
