I really am bad with extract / partial mash recipes as went from kits to all grain. What do you think of the above? Specifically I am looking for feedback on the following:

1) Aroma / flavor hops. I have plenty of leaf Cascade, Fuggles and Mt Hood. What do you think is best for this malt profile? Will the above be to malty?

2) Color. I have a decent bit of Crystal 60. Would you do more or less?

3) Yeast. I can do Nottingham, US 05 or US 04. Your opinions?

4) Any other input ? Please don't tell me it look like a Gueze !!

I just want to make sure that I do not make 13 gallons of nasty beer.

PS the liquid extract is from Austin HB and is spectacularly fresh.

The kit sounds good, use the red pack of yeast.Or Nottingham could work,or white labs california ale.

I would lower your dme and lme and opt for some more grains, dme tends to make the beers extra malty from my experience this might bring out some of the hoppy taste and aroma for you, I might also use a liquid yeast maybe wlp001
