For the life of me I can't find my copy of his book. My notes from the last time I brewed it showed 11.25 lbs wheat and 10.55 lbs 2-row for a 6 gallon batch with 64% efficiency. This seems like a really huge amount of grain, and I'm thinking I made a mistake in my notes.
