I am preparing to try the Dark Lord close in this months BYO mag and I'm not sure how to acurately record or document the more complicated mash and boil steps in BeerSmith. Specifically the part where you mash most of the pale malts, lauter/sparge and boil 4 hrs then mash the dark malts in a separate process, lautering that, combining the two then starting your boil down to fermenter volume.
Is there a provision or feature in there that I am over looking, (admitedly a new user (owner) of the app)
Or just total every thing up in the general grain bill and write tons of notes in the... notes field.
