I would like to build a single or double tier brew rack using something like the Gorilla Racks you can buy at Lowe's or HD. I did some searches on this forum but didn't really find anything like that. Has anyone used one of these shelf kits as a basis for their brew rack?

I use a heavy duty rack I got at Costco. It works fine. I put casters on it so I can roll it in and out of the garage.

Yooper, you have a build thread anywhere? I like the looks of that is perfect.

No, I just bought it from a guy as is. It's just shelving. Then my friend and I cut one of the sections in half this summer to make the footprint shorter. I stuck lawnmower wheels on it from Ace. The cheapest ones.

I am using propane. The boil kettle is on a blichmann floor burner. The hlt and mlt are on a double burner stand cut down to half its original height. I think it was from academy sports. Here is a better picture.
