What is the recommended final specific gravity of a Scotch Ale and a light Ale?

My original gravity on the Scotch Ale was 1.07 and the light Ale was 1.03.

If you want to post a recipe, we can work it out. Otherwise, it depends on how much grain and other goods you put in that bad boy.

Was it the OG you were asking about or the FG?? The number you post are OG values in which case your scotch ale would be closest to a Scottish /90 schilling or Strong Ale.
