This week I will be doing another couple of Austin extract kits. In the past have always done the partail boils per instructions, but I now have the capacity of doing 6 gal + full boils. What are the advanatages of doing full boils over partal on extract kits from Austin.?

Better extraction from the hops, less caramelizing of the wort and no need to worry about contaminates in the top off watter.
